Governance
Being part of The GLA Trust means that we are governed by the Trust Board. More information about the Trust Board, governance and details of the Trustees can be found here.
Each school in the Trust has its own Academy Improvement Board comprising the Headteacher, a member of the GLA Senior Executive Team, and a Trustee. This group meets twice a year, following each assessment window. The meetings enable scrutiny and challenge across the school over school development priority areas and standards.
In addition, we have Community Committees.
The meetings are chaired by the Headteacher and community chair, attended by a Trustee and a member of the GLA Senior Executive Team.
The membership and work of the Community Committee are reported to parents via the school newsletter. If you are interested in becoming a champion, please contact the school office.
